MOCK TRIAL
Mock Trial is an activity sponsored by the Nebraska State Bar Association. The purpose of the program is to introduce high school students to the legal system through a competitive courtroom simulation. Students try in a regular courtroom a case provided by the Bar Association. York High School has one team of seven students selected through audition from the senior class. Participants are required to meet regularly with a local attorney to prepare the case and to appear and perform at scheduled trial dates.
