SAB (Student Advisory Board)

The Student Advisory Board is comprised of all the class officers from each grade.  Since there are three officers elected in each class, the SAB has a membership of 12 students.  The primary function of this group is to provide leadership for York High School.

SAB is a representative group of students who are responsible for generating ideas and concepts, student assemblies, setting goals, identifying school and community endeavors that are worthy of our support-whether it be financial or service, and serving as a sounding board for ideas generated by the administration and staff.  The ultimate purpose for this group of young leaders is to make YHS the best possible place it can be for all students!
